What exactly is a PaintBox event?
A guided creative painting experience we bring right to you! Our instructor leads your group step by step, and everyone goes home with their own finished painting — on canvas, a tote bag, or a terracotta pot. No experience needed; most of our guests have never painted before.
Do you really come to us?
Yes! We're fully mobile across Vancouver & Metro Vancouver. Your office, home, school, or venue — we bring the easels, canvases, paints, brushes, and aprons, set everything up, and clean it ALL up afterwards. You just bring the people.
How much does it cost?
Pricing is per person, based on the project your group picks (canvas, tote bag, or terracotta pot) — and it includes everything: supplies, instruction, setup, and cleanup. Send us your date and group size through the contact form, and we'll send your exact quote.
How many people can join?
From small groups to big celebrations — we've painted with groups of 60 or more. For larger events we bring extra instructors, so everyone gets plenty of guidance.
How long does it take?
About two hours of painting. We arrive early to set up and stay afterwards to clean up — none of that takes away from your party time.

Where do you travel to?
We're based in Richmond and travel all across Metro Vancouver — Vancouver, Burnaby, Surrey, Delta, New Westminster, Coquitlam, and the North Shore.
Do you do kids' birthday parties?
We love them! Kid-friendly designs, simple step-by-step guidance, and sparkles if they want them. We bring everything to your home or venue — and handle the cleanup.
Can we book for the holidays?
Yes — holiday events are booking now for December! Your group paints a festive design, we take care of everything, and December dates fill quickly, so it's worth asking about yours early.
How do I book my date?
Send us a message through the contact form with your date, group size, and city. We'll confirm availability and send you the booking form that locks in your date.
What do we need to provide?
Just the space and your guests — tables and chairs help too. Everything else is on us!
